Long Term Care
Many different services help people with chronic conditions overcome the limitations that keep them from being independent. Long term care services may include help with activities of daily living (bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, continence and transferring), home health care, respite care, hospice care, adult day care, care in a nursing home, or care in an assisted living facility. It may also include care management services, which will evaluate needs and coordinate and monitor the delivery of long term care services.
Critical Illness
Critical illness insurance pays a lump sum benefit upon the first diagnosis of a covered illness or medical procedure.

Accidental Medical Coverage:

Medical Services means the cost for : medically necessary Accidental Death & Dismemberment: If a covered family member's injury result in a loss, a defined in your certificate of coverage, within one year after the accident causing the loss, we will pay benefits as described in your certificate of coverage for loss of life.
